Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The case is beautiful! It's a hard case and protects the phone very well. The case came earlier than the app showed( it came in about 3 weeks).

The product came extremely fast (approximately a month) given the COVID conditions in China at the moment. The case came exactly as described in the photos; extremely clean and the flowers in the case had a really nice placement. Some of the stars were in a few odd positions but given the price for the product this is a really good buy if you’re looking for a flowery phone case.

It’s perfect! Exactly as in the picture and the yellow floral case matches my gold/cream phone. However there’s a small rough edge - seems like a flower was taken out, leaving the gel rough. But otherwise, it’s perfect!

The case is chubby and covers all the corners of my iPhone very well. It even has a plug for the charger input. It looks beautiful and it's what I was looking for and needed. Great quality-price.
Very nice case. Fits my phone perfectly. Only down side is that the sides of the case are really thin and flimsy which might not be an ideal case to protect your phone but I’ve overall it’s a very pretty case. Came very quick too.100% recommend
